Okay guys. I have NOT been updating this. And I kinda fell off the wagon last year.
So here goes nothing. Let's try this again, shall we?
My name is Kaylee.
I have some problems with maintaining my weight. So I'm going to update this blog as often as possible to keep me motivated and to help me lose weight. I can't keep living like this anymore.
Today is Saturday, February 11th of the year 2012. I weigh 164.6 pounds after eating two frozen waffles for breakfast and some popcorn as a snack. I intend to reach 150 pounds by the time June comes around.
Wish me luck. I can do it this time around. I'm GOING to do it. All of my old goals still apply.

I've been having issues with my afternoon hunger. I'm always STARVING by the time I get home. It's awful. I duno what to do because I can't eat during the day, and my lunch hour is around 10:50. :(
On a siiide note. I love avocadoes. If you're making a wrap, throw in avocado! It's sooo yummy. (:

Goals for Weight Loss
* To gain self-confidence
* To get my belly button pierced
* To look FANTASTIC in a bikini
* To get a new pair of Buckle jeans
* To ensure no one will make fun of me for being over weight
* So my mom will be proud
* To look sexy for my boyfriend
* To have extreme amounts of energy
* To be a strong section leader
* To run faster
* To run longer
* To complete a half marathon
* To increase my lung capacity
* To stay healthy
* To love me

Sunday, 1/9/11
Today was good. I ate breakfast for once, which I usually don't do.
My mom and I went to the gym.
First we ran for fifteen minutes. I didn't know I could run a mile straight. Turns out, I can, even over a mile! This was pretty exciting news for me.
Next, we did arms, specifically biceps and triceps.
My arms really hurt afterwards because of how much muscle I lost after the marching season.
Then we did another fifteen minutes of cardio, running again. Another mile down!!
I've been trying to eat pretty healthily. I'm going to start packing lunches.
Although I don't count calories, I'm still pretty conscious of what I'm eating.
So yeah, today was a good day. (:
